Support
Support is handled directly by me — there is no ticket queue and no first-line script. Write to contact@jimapps.dev and you will get a reply from the person who wrote the code.
Response times
- Something is broken — within one business day.
- Questions and setup help — within two business days.
- Feature requests — answered, though not always quickly acted on.
What to include
The more of this you send, the faster it gets resolved:
- Which client account is affected
- Which check is behaving unexpectedly
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- Roughly when you noticed it
Common questions
An alert fired but the connection looks fine
A token can be valid for reading and still be unable to publish, and some platforms report expiry only once a request actually fails. If an alert looks wrong, send it over — those cases are worth investigating directly rather than guessing.
A client account is missing
New accounts are picked up automatically, but not instantly. If an account has been missing for more than an hour, that is a bug — please report it.
DNS or SSL checks show nothing
Those checks only run on domains you have added, because they cannot be discovered automatically. Add them in settings and the first result appears on the next run.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall the app from your account. Billing stops at the end of the current period and stored data is deleted — see the privacy policy for what that covers.
